It was a great process, my son did research on the internet for us, communicated with Ken Arment an internet agent. He responded within minutes with a price quote my son asked him for. We then star internet for us, communicated with Ken Arment an internet agent. He responded within minutes with a price quote my son asked him for. We then started to communicate with Ken, told him to get the car ready for us and that we would be there in a couple of days to purchase. On arriving at the dealership we Gabe Gracia the sales manager. He told us all about the car, he was having the window tent put on. I couldn't be more shocked to be writing this rating! Yesterday my wife brought our 2010 Mazda CX-9 into Cardinale Way Mazda for routine servicing. While she was waiting for the car to be done, Wayne ap Yesterday my wife brought our 2010 Mazda CX-9 into Cardinale Way Mazda for routine servicing. While she was waiting for the car to be done, Wayne approached her and struck up a conversation. During that conversation he told her that he could get her into a 2011 Mazda CX-9 and keep her at or near the current payment. She of course called me at work and told me to call Wayne to get the details, which I did. Needless to say, by the end of the evening we drove out of Cardinale Way Mazda with a 2011 CX-9 pretty darn near the same payment we drove in with, (the only difference being the extended warranty that I decided to purchase this time since my wife drives so much!) To say that Wayne was fantastic would be an understatement. The guy is a selling machine and we could not have been more pleased with him. He is a great guy and an asset to Cardinale Way Mazda. Gabe too was a pleasure to meet and he and Donny worked hard to get a deal done that worked for all of us. Another great experience at Cardinale! We will be back! More
Overall our experience was easy. The salespeople were not pushy or overbearing. They were knowlegable regarding their product. Best car buying experience we ever had! It wasn't the case with with this car purchase-- straight forward approach from the sales team- (Johnny,Scott and Gabe). We purchased a new Mazda CX9 after three weeks of looking for the right car at the right price. Ironically enough this was our first stop to look at vehicles and it ended up being where we bought our car. We for the right car at the right price. We went to almost every dealership looking and test driving small SUVS/Crossovers and always kept in touch with our sales person, Chris. It was very nice that we could text him if we had any questions since sometimes we were at work and needed to talk. He would check in on us every few days but wasn't pushy. We knew it was meant to be when I decided I wanted a white CX9 with certain options and the very next morning that identical vehicle I wanted was brought to the lot (straight from the factory!). Chris knew I was a bargain hunter and jumped to their lowest price, the price that if I found the vehicle somewhere else even a dollar cheaper he couldn't lower it any more. It was nice not to haggle back and forth. I had brought my parents to see the vehicle before purchasing and another sales man, Matt, was kind enough to show my parents the features even though he knew I was working with Chris. Gabe was also very polite to us every time we came in. I like that they can work in a team setting and not cut throat for someone’s business. I’m happy with my purchase and experience. More

Nick always remembers me & my family and asks about us. We feel treated like family, which is a good feeling for us. We enjoy his sense of humor too. He takes great care to get us in right away. Since I usually wait for the service to be completed, he looks in on me if I need anything, keeps me up-to-date on progress or explains patiently any service that needs to be done. Anything that has been worked on has been done correctly and we have had no subsequent problems with the work. He always makes good suggestions. If,say, tires are worn, he presents options for us to consider--never pushy. More
