This week I used Kelly Blue Book’s car buying service to get a price for selling my Jeep. Corrie responded within minutes. I happened to be nearby so I went right over. Within 10 minutes she had looked over the Jeep, met with who she needed, and said the dealer would honor the KBB offered price. Another 20 minutes and the paperwork was done. I left my Jeep with her, and came back two days later to pick up the check. She was pleasant, efficient, quick. The price was fair, to them and to me. Corrie was fantastic. The whole transaction was faster than any vehicle transaction I have ever done. I did not have to go through the finance office or meet with any other person. She completed the whole process alone. Corrie made the process of selling my Ram 1500 so simple I went in she came out and did a once over, I told her I needed the truck to return some equipment the next day she said no problem. Also I was charged an extra $2000 to cover their 120 point inspection and to cover anything else that needed to be done to the car before it was ready to sell. They couldn't tell me what , if anything , that needed to be done. All along I thought I was buying the car for a set price and the usual fees but this $2000 was a total surprise. Other than that I fill like I got a good deal as it includes paint sealer every 6 mos. for 3 yrs. and free oil changes and tire rotations every 6 mos. for 2 yrs.. More
