We are out of state buyer looking to purchase a used Miata. The original quote had a base price of $25k, which we agreed on, and with that understanding we spent $200 for PPI to inspect the car. After the inspection was done (which reported more issue than the dealership has claimed), they sent us a new quote with the base price changed to $26k. They have regularly ghosted us and wasted our time, said they'd call back within an hour but you can expect a call 3 hours later. They have pulled a bait and switch last minute after we've paid for the inspection. It seems like they were just jacking up the price after they realized they have other buyers. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU'RE OUT OF STATE. More

I found the listing on cars. com for a clean white 2020 Convirtable Chevy Camero. I made contact with Chase, then I drove in from Tucson. Chase stayed in communication with me th com for a clean white 2020 Convirtable Chevy Camero. I made contact with Chase, then I drove in from Tucson. Chase stayed in communication with me through text messages. He was patient, low pressure, but let me know he was there with the Camero. Got there kind of late like 4pm. When I got there, he had the car ready for me, freshly rinsed off. He greeted me with a smile, a firm handshake, and the car-facts report. Took my my driver's license for a quick copy and we were off to test drive the sleek, clean, white convertible Chevy Camero. 🙌 But before that he offered me to take my choice of a cold beverage, and I definitely took him on on his offer and got a diet coke. He didn't tell me where to drive or not to drive. He stated that I should feel very free to jump on the free way. Very easy going young guy. Very friendly. As we were driving, he gave me confidence when he told me that they do a 140 point inspection (if I'm not mistaken on the number of points) We came back, and got started on the paper work. My financial profile isn't the most ideal but after a bit of time and some resourceful tenacity, they were able to get me approved. They let me leave my Camry I came to the dealership in, there at the dealership inside the gates overnight. As we were buttoning up the paperwork, it began to rain. Chase was there with an umbrella to walk me to my (new to me) 2020 White Convertible Chevy Camero! Oh yeah! One of the most memorable moments of my life! Thank you Chase! More
