We dropped in to look at an Internet advertised special after shopping all day. The team at CardinaleWay were friendly, straightforward and honest with me. They allowed my son and I to test drive by oursel after shopping all day. The team at CardinaleWay were friendly, straightforward and honest with me. Once we decided it was a 'go', the team worked together to create a price that I felt was fair and quickly managed the purchase. We did a cash deal so there was just a short stop in Finance to sign the sales contracts & MVD forms. Everyone was friendly, courteous and genuinely helpful. Several of the guys came over to my two sons (18 and 16) and congratulated them on their 'new car'. It was great to see the enthusiasm and friendliness of everyone we came across at the dealership. Definitely on my list of people to deal with for my next car purchase. More

The most friendly, non pushy people I've ever met at a dealership. The financing and general payment information was direct and honest. I purchased a 2010 Mazda 3 hatchback. There were some minor problems with the tinting which I missed, but the dealership did not. They agreed to have my windows completely re-tinted at no cost to me! I went to 9 different car lots in 3 days. I saw the Hyundai Sante Fe I purchased on their website and ran down to the dealership at 10 minutes before they closed on a Sunday. John was happy to stay, show me the car and answer any of my questions. He and several others waited patiently for over an hour while I checked out the car and discussed pricing. There was no feeling of pressure or that I was keeping them from going home after along day. I left that night without buying to think it over. The next day they worked with me over the phone to answer questions all day. I was only able to get back to the dealership right at closing again that night, but they were happy to accommodate my schedule to help me purchase the vehicle. The used car Sales Manager, Al Malowk, knew I had just worked an over 12 hour day and had the paperwork ready for me to sign. I was in and out in 45 minutes. They even bought me a soda, since I didn't have the right change. I have purchased several vehicles in my time and this was the best experience I have ever had. I would go back in a heart beat if I needed to purchase again. I would recommend this dealership, the sales consultant, John Richardson, and all the wonderful staff to anyone looking to buy a car.
