My wife and I had been searching for a new vehicle for a few weeks, and she stopped in to browse at the inventory. She found 2 models that she liked, and asked me to go take a look the next day since she w few weeks, and she stopped in to browse at the inventory. Wayne had helped her out, so I asked for him and he showed me the 2 vehicles. I drove one, and decided I didn't like the other, and got some base numbers from Wayne. Brian was very helpful in the negotiation process, and it did not take long to come to an agreement on the terms. Mark helped me through finance process, and was very thorough in his explanation of this part of the process. Overall, my experience at CardinaleWay Mazda was very positive, and I would recommend them to others I know who might be looking for a new vehicle. More

I honestly wasn’t even planning on buying a car this soon, especially that day. I knew that I was in need of a new car, but didn’t think that I would be able to get decent financing or affordable paymen soon, especially that day. Thanks to my sales person (and already having a Mazda), I was sold on the car and price; and with the extraordinary persistence of Joean “MaMa” and Donnie, they really made it happen. I never anticipated that I would get a phone call telling me that it was a done deal, and to come into the office. Not only was it a done deal; it was a deal that really works for me and that keeps me with in my budget which was a must. I’ve already sang their praises to co-workers, friends and family members. I honestly walked away with more than I expected or even asked for. I love them! I’m so grateful. More

I called Blaze about a rare Mx5 they were selling on craigslist. He was kind over the phone and did his best to make sure my questions were answered. Every one was great and teamed together to help give me the best first automotive buying experience. They didn't take advantage of the fact that it was my first time at a dealership but instead guided me through it all and explained everything in detail. From walking in the door to leaving with my new keys everyone was kind and helpfull. Blaze even called a few days later to check up on how everything was going. I deffinately recommend Cardinal-Way to anyone. More
Saw used Jeep Commander for sale in lot and called about it, going to a different dealership nearby. We were contacted by Chris who was inquiring if we were interested in 'trading up' from our 2008 Mx5 to a 2011 Mx5 to provide them with inventory for other customers. Brian spent a great deal of time putting together numerous options for us. Within a short time, we had come to a win-win agreement and drove out with a FANTASTIC 2011 Grand Touring Mx5. It was honest and forthright and they work hard to ensure that we were satisfied with the deal. There was never a time when we felt like they were trying to take advantage of us to satisfy their objective. We were in control of the decision the entire time and could have walked away at any point. We would HIGHLY recommend them to our friends and family. We have never experienced this type of respect and service from any dealership. We will continue to bring our business to Cardinale Way Mazda. More

I am very unhappy with the finance department. They took my down payment twice which caused by account to overdraw. I had to make a trip there to prove it was done twice and he said I could get a check, but when I got there (after having to leave work early) the signer wasn't there. He didn't try to call me or even retrieve my messages. Absolutely horrendous how it was handled. They could have atleast offered a free oil change, or car wash, but nothing was done. Al Lanz contacted me afterward and expressed concern about my experience. I appreciate the fact that he took the time to reach out to me. The sales staff was great. Daniel was a very accommodating sales person. I never felt pressured to buy or even look at any car that I was not interested in. More often than not, you find a sales person that is pushy and eager to g felt pressured to buy or even look at any car that I was not interested in. More often than not, you find a sales person that is pushy and eager to get you to drive away in a car that day. This is not the case with Daniel and his team. I had worked with them for 5 weeks making sure that the car that I was interested in was the right car for me and it was at a price that I could afford. I am very grateful to everyone who assisted me in purchasing a new car and I have recommended that my friends and coworkers go check out Cardinale way if they are interested in getting a new car. More
