I recently filed for bankruptcy, and I have been very hesitant to get into another car. I had been looking for about 4 months before I got to this dealership. Not once did I feel pressured to buy, even when I was looking at multiple cars over several days. They honestly felt to me like they just wanted to make sure that I was happy with what I ended up in. The price was good, the car is what I wanted, and everyone went out of their way to help me. I couldn't ask for anything more. More

My wife and I even completely disagreed on the type and color of interior that we wanted. Matt solved our problem immediately by finding a great compromise. When it came time to get down to the business of numbers and finance, George stepped in and was fantastic. He was very personable and did a great job. I went to the Mazda dealership looking to get out of my current vehicle a PT Cruiser with 130k miles and upside down by 4k. I had already been approved and the numbers had been worked and the vehicle that would work for me had been selected. The process of coming to an agreement on price, trade value and down payment was not overly difficult the staff was honest and straight forward and took the time to sit with me and come to an agreement which I appreciated there was no back and forth. The process seemed organized Dennis completed the paper work and showed the vehicle, Al worked the numbers and made the deal happen and George was the final person to sign all documentation. All of the staff members were friendly and made it an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend stopping by CardinaleWay. More
