At first it was great now a bit disappointed Melissa was very wonderful to work with. Happy with the car. Only complaint is that not even 24 hours after purchase and we have a flat tire, none of Melissa was very wonderful to work with. Happy with the car. Only complaint is that not even 24 hours after purchase and we have a flat tire, none of the tires are covered so now have to buy a brand new tire and buy warranties for the other tires too. Disappointed in the customer service when asked if the tires were covered as well did not seem concerned or understanding just nope not covered and wanted to move on from the conversation. More

My best experience in 30 years of buying cars I have been a Mazda owner for more that 20 years, along with other vehicles... Mazda treated me well until my last incident with my 2013 CX-9. Not to bore the readers with details, I was losing faith in the brand altogether. Thanks to the amazing staff at CardinaleWay, my faith in the brand is restored. This dealership has proven to me that there are people out there that still stand for integrity, and back up the brands they sell. It is very hard to find this type of service in our modern society, and it is very refreshing to see it still exists. If you're in the Phoenix area, and are in the market for a car, this would be my first stop! I'd like to also mention, because it took additional time to complete the transaction, they gave my wife a complimentary ride back home for an appointment, while I stayed to complete the paperwork and take the new car home. I always enjoy coming in to see my service advisor Jesus, and the technician, Clint. Nick is always great too. I took my car in on 8/1/18 with a check engine light problem. They were so helpful in trying to diagnose the problem. They provided me a loaner car at no charge and also determined the mass air flow sensor had an issue. Instead of recommending an expensive repair, they decided to clean the mass air flow sensor, saving me money and trouble. I got my car back on 8/2/18 and so far the car is running much better. I really appreciated the great service. I could go to another Mazda dealer which is much closer to my home, but I know it is worth the extra drive and effort to see the people at Cardinale Way Mazda for all my servicing needs. I will always come back. Thank you again Cardinale Way Mazda of Mesa!! More
