Took my new CX-5 in for its first oil change (long overdue). I was able to get in and out pretty quickly, considering the fact that I did not have an appointment. I usually work with Steve, and I did this time as well. He was very professional as usual, and zoomed me in and out (car wash and all) without taking a huge chunk out of my day....another great visit! More

I purchased a maintenance contract with my 2013 Mazda3, so which dealer I choose to do my maintenance is based solely on my experience, or recommendations from friends. Since I had such a wonderful experience with the purchase from Cardinale Way Mazda, I decided to allow them the first shot at maintenance. And I'm glad I did. I was in and out in less than hour, and Nick answered my questions about tire size and speedo re-calibration, and even referred me to a local Glass shop. (Windshield cracked. Whose Bright idea was it to landscape the freeways with gravel?). So I now have a purchase and 1 service under my belt with Cardinal Way, and I can honestly say they are the nicest, most honest, and easiest to deal with dealer I have ever dealt with. (At 55, I've gone rounds with quite a few!!). I highly recommend these guys for your next purchase and all your service needs, even if you don't own a Mazda. More
Have been taking Mazda CX-7 here for a year now. Always excellent customer service and auto service. Always recommend services, but never put too much pressure on. HE ASKED IF HE COULD BE OF ANY SERVICE.HE WAS EXTREMELY HELP FULL AND MADE SURE I GOT EVERYTHING DONE ON MY CAR THAT WAS NEEDED.HE ASKED HOW I WAS DOING ASKED IF HE COULD BE OF ANY SERVICE.HE WAS EXTREMELY HELP FULL AND MADE SURE I GOT EVERYTHING DONE ON MY CAR THAT WAS NEEDED.HE ASKED HOW I WAS DOING, SINCE HE KNOWS THAT I HAVE A VERY AGRESSIVE CANCER.HE GOT MY CAR SERVICED AND WASHED, VERY PROMPTLY.THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST SERVICE, THAT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED AT A CAR DEALERSHIP.THANKS RICK. Scheduling service or any problems with car is always easy. If not available the service writer always calls back in a reasonable amount of time.
