Went in for complimentary oil change I received for purchasing a 2023 Mazda CX5. Technician didn't properly secure the underbody plate after the oil change. Have had the plastic plate hanging down sin purchasing a 2023 Mazda CX5. Technician didn't properly secure the underbody plate after the oil change. Have had the plastic plate hanging down since Saturday with no resolution from the Service Manger or Dealership management. This is unacceptable Service for a dealership that prides themselves in Customer Service. More
