Used Van Misrepresented!! Recently I called about a used Honda Odyssey at this dealership. After several questions which the sales person, who had a bad attitude, could not ans Recently I called about a used Honda Odyssey at this dealership. After several questions which the sales person, who had a bad attitude, could not answer I ended up talking to the sales manager Matt. After several conversations with the sales manager by phone and text I made the 2 -1/2 hours drive to look at the van. The moment they pulled it around from the back of the lot I realized that I had been taken advantage of. This 2014 van had been abused by some one. Both sides had dings,dents, and scratches on the majority of each. The worst part was at the rear, from an earlier rear end accident. This part was conveniently left out the pictures. One of the back up sensors was missing due the damage to the rear which meant there was a warning light on the dash as a result of that. I never even sit down in the van. Disappointed was not a strong enough word. And yes I looked closely at the pictures on their website and none of these problems are visible. Even now I looked back at the pictures and still they don't show the damage. The sales manager never even came to talk to me he sent a salesman, which was very nice and apologetic for the issue. So I got in my rental car and drove the 2- 1/2 back home feeling really stupid for trusting this car dealership. When the sales manager does this it leads me to believe it is a common practice at this dealership. Shop with caution here! Better yet go to another dealership! They are not all this way. More

I can't legally drive the car I purchased from Carl Black I purchased a used car from this dealership in the middle of May. To date I still do not have registration or license plates because they have not co I purchased a used car from this dealership in the middle of May. To date I still do not have registration or license plates because they have not completed the title work. It took 60 days for a manager to finally get involved in the issue to try to resolve it. At this point the car can not be driven and the dealership stated they should have a title to finish the process in a week. I was told this at the beginning of July as well. Meanwhile my second car payment is due this week. More

8 days after running credit app and no call. 8 days later and still no word from finance. My family and I have been to Carl Black GMC at least 4 times over the past few weeks looking at their 8 days later and still no word from finance. My family and I have been to Carl Black GMC at least 4 times over the past few weeks looking at their cars. We worked with Brandon from the used cars department and he's been great for the most part. On Sunday June 30th we decided to fill out a credit app and discuss our trade in. We were probably there for a couple of hours, but not a big deal. Brandon then informed us that the finance department would contact us the next day (Monday July 1st). They never did. To make things worse. I went by there Monday July 8th (7 days no call) and told Brandon they haven't called us. He seemed to be upset about it and said he would get to the bottom of it. Well, it's now Tuesday. And still nothing. Not even a call from Brandon. After speaking with him, I was sure I would hear something from him, but nope. We've been car shopping for the past couple of weeks and are ready to buy. This is the only dealership we've been to that tossed us aside like this. This dealership is a huge disappointment. More
