While I was hoping for I want to take a moment to thank Brandon, Nick, Jon and Eric for their patience and understanding as I went through this sale. While I was hoping for the better GM Deal it seems you guys still got me a fair deal. Nick and Brandon thanks for taking the time to go over the vehicle with me and take me out on test drives. Jon helped put the final touches on the negotiations. Eric was very helpful in getting me to understand my finance options. This is my 5th GM product. I dug up a few old pics of the ones I could find. My first was a used 1986 Pontiac Grand Am which was also my first vehicle out of high school. My second vehicle was a 1990 GMC Sierra purchased Brand new and drove it to Fort Lee Va during Desert Storm and most of my time during the military. My third GM was a used 1996 Yukon I purchased back in 1997. My last GM before this purchase was a brand new 2002 Chevy Avalanche. I have some fond memories of all my vehicles and I am now looking forward to my family and I creating new ones with our new Denali. More

The Extra Mile We bought a 2016 Yukon Denali from an auction guy in Florida. Our credit union did the financing. They required that the Florida guy run the truck through a Georgia dealership to include state taxes in overall purchase amount. Auction guy sold to Carl Black, I bought from Carl Black. They did not make as much profit as they would’ve if I’d bought directly from them and financed with them. Because title was slow to move through GA system, we left with an extended test drive tag. 2 weeks later my wife gets pulled over and the police threaten to tow because of bad tag. Meanwhile A/C in truck goes out. I go back to get tag and ask them to fix AC too... Long story short... they fix it for discount, Florida auction guy pays for it. They went the extra mile to make sure my purchase was an enjoyable one and even fixed the AC when they DIDNT HAVE TO DO IT. When you go, ask for Matt - he’s the best! More
