Great experience and great staff I came in guarded and ready to fight my way through pressuring salesmen, empty promises, and shady tactics. I was pleasantly surprised when I met Doug I came in guarded and ready to fight my way through pressuring salesmen, empty promises, and shady tactics. I was pleasantly surprised when I met Doug who did not pressure, did not make empty promises and best of all, did not lie. Every question I asked while on the test drive was answered honestly.and to the best of his ability. When there was a question he didn't know, he wouldn't make it up off the top of his head, he would involve someone who knew the question, or research it himself. I have dealt with far too many car salesman who make empty promises, lie to my face, and pressure me relentlessly until I feel like I just need to leave. But not Doug. Then I talked to Larry over at services. He knew his stuff, and when Doug pulled him in to answer my questions, he was not bitter, or short with me. He gave me good full answers and did not mince words. He alleviated my concerns about the vehicle immediately. His answers were not just "yes" or "no" but blunt and to the point. I appreciate that. When I pointed out that the headlights were foggy, and the park assist didn't seem to work, he immediately knew what the issue was. He explained and was correct about a Technical Service bulletin regarding the foggy headlights and that they were vented. He also found that the battery had either been replaced, or run low at one time or another, so there were low voltage codes. Once he cleared the codes, everything started working perfectly. Great experience all around, and nobody lied to me, which is a first at a dealership. More

Shop, Click, No Drive! I've tried to buy this car for 2 days... I've sent the Capital One pre-approval letter (willing to put a $9000 down payment)and discussed my interest I've tried to buy this car for 2 days... I've sent the Capital One pre-approval letter (willing to put a $9000 down payment)and discussed my interest with 3 sales reps.. (the first female that called me back, Kollin and Matt) I was looking for an expedited way to get the PO to my bank, get a down payment made and take delivery.. Was basically told, no I have to come in.. While I understand that is the process, I asked was there at least a way to put a down payment so I don't show up and it's gone like yesterday.. ( car was on a Take home test drive) I'm over an hour drive and don't have time to drive up there only to be told it's not in.. (was told it's first come.. well I'm here.. first in line.. just not "in the Showroom") Again, was told no... So how does "Shop Click Drive" work? So far it's been " Shop, Click, call, email, text talk and be told to drive 120 miles round trip) I don't really want to work with Kollin/Mat again as he's been unamenable to get things done in advance.. With this much communication from a customer to a dealer, I would take this as a Hot hot hot lead... after all the calls, texts emails he still didn't even have the preapproval letter nor had he looked at it..(his words).. With a few more clicks, I can have one delivered to my door but I wanted a local dealer with a great online review/reputation. Guess it's off to another dealer that wants a pre-approved, $9000k down payment in hand, ready to buy customer. I'm working hard every day so I can't just run up for a 2 hour round trip without knowing the car would be there..
