GM with a horrible attitude Contacted them about a used Jeep Wrangler. They pushed for me to come see it so of course I did. Throughout my time I was there I was asked on several occasions what it would take for me to buy today. I finally threw out a number. The salesperson took the number to the GM and the GM came out visibly upset. Maybe he was having a bad day? If that’s how he acts on a regular basis he has no place interacting with customers. More

See details below on my car Thanks for being professional however there are some issues that appeared to have been hidden with the car. It is my fault I didn’t catch them but I don’t think I will be purchasing a car from Carl black anymore. 1. The back window was shattered at one point I had to remove panels that also have broken brackets that hold them in place to get glass out as it would move around and was loud when opening / closing trunk. 2. The Carl black decal sticker I removed on the back covered 2 spots in the paint that left 2 holes in paint. 3. The body kit fender on right front is not even attached. Front bumper is not attached on a few brackets also. 4. It appears the error codes were reset cause I’m getting a low tire pressure error now...which is common when aftermarket wheels are on vehicle (previous owner didn’t purchase tire sensors I guess) I guess I should of took more time and looked vehicle over but I believe some of this probably was hidden before putting it on lot. It’s common for sakes person to reset error codes before putting cars on lot or at auctions as they do not throw errors for a few miles. Dads Very Happy Which Makes Home Happy Love that I can call down & tell someone what you are looking for. My dad could not be there so we looked at trucks and I Face Timed him so he could be a part. Didn't really see what he was looking for. Went back inside and spoke with Lance and Jeb about what dad really was looking for. Next day dad made a trip down to get his oil changed and decided to take one more look at the lot with Jeb. What do you know, dad found the truck that was what his was looking for. Went back inside and went over prices and what he wanted added to the truck. No problem..... Price was in what dad was looking for and dad drove out with a new truck. Best part was at no time was we feeling pressured in purchasing anything. So glad we were able to make my dad happy. Cause when Dad's not happy , our house is not happy. More
