When we arrived and found this out, we were going to leave but salesman Ted stepped up to the plate, took us under his wing andwas a superior salesman with a positive friendly attitude. He had what we needed. We were ready to purchase, but my husband who had been in two major head on car accident could not find comfort in that vehicle. So we asked Ted to find us a Toyota Highlander and he found us two. While we were waiting on one or two of those vehicles to come to Hiram, we were literally harassed by phone calls from Carl Black. We heard from James and Scott, and two other employees. Each time I let them know that we were waiting on Ted to receive the information on the cars. He worked diligently to get us the vehicles, but Kennesaw Carl Black could not produce the vehicles. I realize it’s only one sale, but it put a bad taste in our mouth now about Carl Black.
