To be honest, the day I bought my vehicle was the first day I had started looking to purchase another vehicle; I was not 100% set on getting one at that moment, but I was sold 15 or so minutes after walking into Carl Black. When I arrived, someone opened the door for me, then I was introduced to my salesman and we had such a candid conversation, it felt like I was in the backyard having a talk with one of my brothers, not buying a car. My salesman (Allen Young) was professional yet friendly and accommodating, he listened to what I had to say and not once tried to rush or push you into anything. My entire experience was so non pressured and relaxing that I made my decision to purchase my vehicle from Carl Black without going to another dealership. To sum it all up, professional service without pressure or hassle, friendly accommodating attentive employees that make you feel relaxed from the time you walk into the door.
