Exceptional Caring Service with Transparency I took my Jeep Liberty in for repairs, however, I decided to trade it in for a newer car since it was 10 years old and getting up there in miles. Analyn Thompson, my service advisor was very honest, insightful, and helped me through the process of "letting go" of my Liberty. And then Christian Rincon took over and made the search and buying process VERY stress free. He was VITAL in my decision making process in selecting a vehicle, as well as, encouraging me that the right thing will happen. And it did! Two new cars purchased I hadn't planned on buying a new car, but since my car broke and the repair exceeded what I wanted to spend to fix it, I had few choices. Naturally, I started the process with a chip on my shoulder, who wants to buy a car when they're not ready to, and deal with salesmen?! I wanted my old car, not a new one. I worked with Mikhael Mikhael and he found just the car I wanted, a newer version of my old Charger and with the price and mileage I was looking for. They gave me a fair price for my trade in, despite that it needed repairs and a great deal on the new car. Sonny in financing did a great job and hooked me up with the same financing terms that my bank was offering, thus saving me a trip. Buying a car is often a frustrating experience. These guys were fair, honest and a lot of fun to work with. About a week later, my son's car broke beyond repair and was also in need of a new car. My husband and I were so impressed with our experience with them first time around, that we decided to go back and buy another car from them. I called Mikhael and he found us a Scion. The perfect fun and sporty car that a young single guy would be proud to drive. Once again the process was painless and a lot of fun. These guys are down to earth, honest, with a great sense of humor. I don't think I've ever laughed so much! As expected, Sonny's in financing gave us terms we liked and a great package including extended warranty etc. When my husband decides to buy a truck we will definitely be going back. Overall, fantastic experience. If you're in need a new or used car look no further. More

When we got back from the Test Drive, I decided with the incentives and how comfortable I felt, I would purchase this vehicle. In my case, it was pretty relaxing except the part when I had to Finance the truck, since I have not had a car payment in 15 years. More

I hate the pushy sales people, the long wait, the paperwork, and knowing that most likely they will take advantage of me and sell me tons of things I don’t want. I walked into the Carl Burger Jeep dealer knowing exactly what car I wanted. Let me tell you, IT WAS SO EASY! 0 pushiness, very friendly, an best of all it took less than 45 minutes!!! I was amazed at the attention to detail; Jack Ford took the time to explain each button and app in the car (hello SiriusXM Guardian) so many cool features in the 2018 Grand Cherokee. Bennett Owen made the paperwork so seamless and easy to follow. I purchased a maintenance plan that I actually needed and wanted at a great price. He was easy to talk to and relatable. He made sure I got the best interest rate possible. This experience has changed my view in car salesman and dealerships. More

I first talked to Sam Potres in an online chat, where he answered several questions I had about the car. Later in the day I went over to the dealer and drove the car. I had several questions about the warranty and repairs that had been done since the car was a "lemon law buyback". Sam was very helpful and provided all the documentation I wanted to see. I didn't have to wait too terribly long to talk to Fernando about financing. That part went smoothly as well. All told I was at the dealer about two hours. I had to come back the next day to pick up the car, Sam had it all charged up and waiting for me when I arrived. The only thing I will note is that the salesman, Sam, was using a few of the old-school high-pressure sales tactics, which can make some people feel uncomfortable. I was encouraged to come down right away because other people were calling about the vehicle, a typical sales tactic. I also had wanted to ask some questions before driving the car, but of course the first thing we did as soon as I got there was go for a test drive - it's the job of the salesman to sell cars, of course! However, it was not too bad - I wasn't handed off back and forth between sales people and there was no "I have to go ask my manager" type stuff. It helped that (a) the price of the car was already good and I had no intention of trying to negotiate further, and (b) I already knew exactly what I wanted, and wasn't being pressured into buying anything I didn't want. If you walk in to the dealer with these things in mind, you should have no issues, that's why I'm not deducting a star from my rating. Overall I had a very good experience buying from this dealer and I would recommend it. More
