UNMOTIVATED SALES STAFF I am looking to buy a cargo van. I have done extensive research and determined that the Dodge Promaster is the van I want. Based on Dealer rating and I am looking to buy a cargo van. I have done extensive research and determined that the Dodge Promaster is the van I want. Based on Dealer rating and other site ratings decided to deal with this dealership. I called and spoke to someone I believe his name was James. He was not able to answer several of my qiestions about the Promaster, I was trying to decide netween 136 or 159 wheel base.He took my name/number and said he would have someone with more kowledge call me back. That was last week. Still no call back.. Mind you I was going to drive all the way from La Costa to this dealership. Don't know if they just have so much business they don't care or if they don't take women buyers seriously, which would be very foolish given the number of women who buy their own vehicles. If this is their customer service to someone who is ready to purchase a vehicle I will pass because I fear it is unlikely to improve once they make the sale. More
