I was looking for a truck and needed someone with knowledge that could answer my technical questions. Without doubt when you meet a guy named "TEX" Justin, you know you are in the ball park. He understood gear Ratios how it affected towing performance how it performed gas mileage and understood the difference in transmissions. Great guy and sold me on the truck. But thats not all, after leaving the dealership to get my wife and bring her back I began working with Jack to test drive the truck and close the deal Jack was great, no pressure and no canned language just a great guy. Then there was Bryan to do the numbers. He too was very nice. No mean tricks. No back and forth and we purchased the truck for a great price. I am so happy I was able to work with such nice guys. Something about that saying that people from Texas are so much nicer than Californians. Well Tex is well from Texas and so is Jack. My guess is Bryan has kin there. I visited Carl Burger twice and got what I wanted. I visited another dealer 5 times between friday and monday and although they were nice they did not have the knowledge I really needed and the numbers guys would not work with me. He talked about the engine, the gas milage, the drive, etc. He was very knowledgeable about the specific car (with no prep time, we had no appointment and he got stuck with us because the sales rep I was told to ask for was off and he was his back-up. Sticker price was the lowest it could have been due to a holiday sale, so there was really no haggling to be done. Sam was awesome, not pushy at all and very polite. He offered us food and drinks multiple times, during our visit. We got in and out failrly quick. Definitely would recommend the dealership and this particular salesman to a friend. More

There was no haggling or nonsense. Sam respected my desire to really look over the truck and when I found a little tear in the vinyl, he said "no problem...it'll be fixed right away." The warranty process was very smooth and while I am not usually one to get an extended or special warranty, I was able to get a customized warranty plan that was really a great deal. Poor experience My husband and I were extremely disappointed with the service we received at Carl Burger Dodge. We were under the impression that we were purchasing a My husband and I were extremely disappointed with the service we received at Carl Burger Dodge. We were under the impression that we were purchasing a new 2017 Dodge Cargo van. Much to our dismay, we discovered multiple issues with this vehicle upon receipt of it. We were told it was ready to buy, but we were not made aware of the problems with the van such as a faulty battery light, fault tire pressure sensors, faulty ignition keypad, and a broken passenger drawer lock, and door locks working improperly. My husband had to take the van back to your dealership for repairs that were not disclosed to us. Mind you, this van was supposedly brand new with only 20 miles on the odometer. We were also told that the van would be filled up with gas upon purchase. Sadly, my husband had to put $20 into the tank because it had not been filled as promised. I am shocked beyond belief that your company has the audacity to sell a vehicle in this poor of condition. We are extremely disappointed with the so-called service of your dealership.
