As soon as I drove in the dealer (with my old Subaru Outback 09') Rafi Qilo greets me in a super enthusiastic tone and I was immediately hooked! He is honest, super nice, friendly and understanding! Walked me through the whole process. He set up the test drive, showed me the car in detail in and out! I was super stoked! After some hints and tips on how to go about my purchase/lease I was convinced this was going to be a keeper! Showed me the numbers and I liked what I saw (offer wise). Truly amazing what this guys are willing to do just to go the extra mile with ALL their customers! Offered me a great deal on a trade and ended up trading in my old Subie Outback 09'! The Honda dealership in lemon grove was by far the worst, ill write their review after this.. from the min. I pulled up Frank Nelson was the man who sold me not 1 car but 2 cars that day. That's right 2 cars.. his knowledge and expertise, along with personality helped me and my mom, it was mother's day weekend, buy the van i have dreamed of for my family all along. I baught the Chrysler Pacifica fully loaded. It has so much stuff there was no way I was able to remember everything Frank showed me the first time. He knew this and without me even having to ask gave me his card with his personal cell # to call anytime i have any questions.. even told me to come back with family, plan for about an hour and he will go over everything again, in detail with the whole family. This way everyone knows how to use this computer on wheels.. Great guy.. buy far the best experience i have ever had buying my car and my mom a brand new Jeep of her dreams. They also gave us a hell of a 2 car deal. We parked the car we drove up in well protected in their lot and left it for 2 days, and drove off in our new cars.. They stayed open till midnight for us to Finnish signing everything while they detailed our new rides for us. More
