Easy, upfront, kind I looked online for a bit to find the right Jeep for myself and my wife. Once I was able to find it I made arrangements that same day to take the Jeep I looked online for a bit to find the right Jeep for myself and my wife. Once I was able to find it I made arrangements that same day to take the Jeep for a drive. Everything went; all aces from there. Traded in my tuck, financed my Jeep and was on my way (only took 3-4 hours, compared to horror stories you hear of being at the dealership until 9pm!) A little something that went a long way with us: Sam noticed my Jeep didn't have any floor mats, and on the way out, (being the kind and easy going guy he is) he found 2 for the front and 2 for the back, brand new!!! The Mazda dealer (whom we purchased my wife's car from a year ago) didn't do that. Circling back to the finance part, we dealt with Sonny. Great guy, easy to talk to and answers your questions directly. He really made this a easy process. We do not normally buy the extra warranty but he explained all of the benefits of this process and we got a great deal and bought the extended warranty with peace of mind. I am taking the time to write this because this really was a smooth process that you do not see too often! Again, our experience with the financing manger at Mazada a year ago was nowhere near as good (very pushy and condescending when we decided to not go forward with extra warranty). He wasn't pushy at all, heard and understood our needs and concerns, and was extremely genuine and hilarious. He didn't make things awkward. Seriously, he made it the best car buying experience I've ever had. The finance department was great as well! We were able to get a monthly payment we were comfortable with even though we added extras. They even gave us three years of free oil changes! The staff at Carl Burger is just amazing. Only reason I got what I wanted was because Michael from the Carl Burger Dodge Chrysler Sooo, I just got a new car that I am completely in love with! Only reason I got what I wanted was because Michael from the Carl Burger Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram World in La Mesa helped me find my puurfect new gem. Of course being me, I had a something in mind already. I wanted my car to have a certain feature/look to it . He was amazing because he actually listened to what I had in mind and he told me if this is what you truly want and have to have then I will do my best to make sure to find it. We went on to test driving the cars to see if I like the feel of driving it. He showed me all the features and he took his time explaining everything to me, he truly made sure I understood everything which I really appreciated. Michael introduced me to his manager Brian who is an extremely sweet guy. He came over got to know me, worked really well around what I wanted and he made sure that overall that I was extremely happy with everything. They both worked together so seamlessly and took great care of me. They were very patient and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The car I ended up wanting was only available in a dealership out in L.A. Without any hesitation he ensured me he would personally bring it down for me the next day. And it is exactly what was done. I received my shiny new car ready for me to drive off with. I liked how they went over every single aspect of the car.
