Finance & Management are Unprofessional Christian was helpful but the finance team was a joke. I was there for the majority of the process & left when my fiance started the finance paperwork Christian was helpful but the finance team was a joke. I was there for the majority of the process & left when my fiance started the finance paperwork. After disclosing further information about the vehicle history, my fiance gave me a call and we decided not to go through with the deal. Their attitudes changed immediately. The finance guy gave him grief about calling his "girlfriend" (no) & said this was a decision he needed to make on his own. Very disturbing considering we told them we have a 2 year old and this is a family decision. I understand that it was the end of the day and the team may have felt like they wasted their time, but there was no need for the treatment we received after deciding not to move forward. Even when they told the manager he didn't want to sign, instead of seeing us as a potential customer for another vehicle, the manager said "oh well we're closing!" So unprofessional. I will be spreading the word. More

Very very bad experience I was recommended, by a friend to go there, that They would treat you very fair, even with bad credit, however I was able to get a cosigner whom was I was recommended, by a friend to go there, that They would treat you very fair, even with bad credit, however I was able to get a cosigner whom was approved instantly. They told me they would call me back ASAP, they never did, and I had a decent down payment, with a trade in valued at 2200.00 dollars. I was not trying to get some 40 or 50, 000 dollar vehicle, just getting something basic.My cosigner could not believe it, I even attempted 1 phone call back to them, and was given a run around. I will never go there, very Pathetic vustomer service. More
