Avoid this dealership at all cost ! I arrived at Carl Burger Saturday morning (May 2, 2015) to possible purchase a Jeep Wrangler. At first the sales man seems completely friendly however I arrived at Carl Burger Saturday morning (May 2, 2015) to possible purchase a Jeep Wrangler. At first the sales man seems completely friendly however, that changed. When Sonny (the manager) approached me, he wouldn't even make eye contact with me. Sonny wouldn't let me ask any questions I had to keep saying "excuse me" to get his attention. Finally he stopped, looked at me and said "what is it". I asked him a simple question about my trade in, and Sonny snapped at me by saying "if you would just let me do my job". At that point I had enough, I stood up grabbed my keys and started to walk away. I informed Sonny I would not be doing any business with them because of his attitude and disrespect. I don't understand how this is 2015, and a company can turn away business. I have never felt more unwelcome, and disrespected in my life. More

I would like to thank the Burgers family and/or I bought many brand new vehicles in my life, THIS BY FAR WAS THE FUNNEST AND MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I would like to thank the Burgers family and/or the upper managments for hiring great people like Sonny. My wife is NOT the easiest to deal with specially when it comes to me buying a new vehicle.. She wasn't satisfied with our salesperson even tho I think he was polite! So now I am struggling with her going to the next step in the process which is negotiating.. That's when Sonny shows up, giving us such a warm hand shake with a smile and even a cool high-five to my kid?? This guy is suppose to be the "closer" which is the bad guy with a hammer in his hand,, what's going on here?? Anyway, my wife is now stress free which made the rest of the process go very smooth. Sonny did an amazing job helping us get what we want, not all salesmen have a bad reputation, there are some great honest people that do a great job helping people and so passionate about their career and Sonny at Carl Burger is a great example here. My father told me that in life " you need a great doctor, lawyer, and a salesperson" I have a great doctor, luckly no lawyer needed so far, and obviously we found Sonny at Carl Burger. Best new car buying experience ever! This was my first time buying a new car. Between hearing horror stories of purchasing a new vehicle from friends and family and the loom of high paym This was my first time buying a new car. Between hearing horror stories of purchasing a new vehicle from friends and family and the loom of high payments I was a little hesitant going into the process. Javier put my mind at ease and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns! Sonny was a huge help and was able to negotiate with the higher ups to get my payments exactly where I needed them! The finance part of everything was super quick and easy as well. I walked out of the dealership with a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee that came with a wrap around lifetime warranty!!!! Are you kidding me??!!! I thought such things were nonexistent!! It was a great experience and I am forever greatful! More

Purchased 2014 Camaro I was pleasantly surprised with the professional and friendly staff that I dealt with. I had done my homework online about the car I was interested i I was pleasantly surprised with the professional and friendly staff that I dealt with. I had done my homework online about the car I was interested in and had also read the reviews that were listed about this dealership. Having read some of the less than 'good' reviews, I admit I was somewhat leery of what I would encounter. I dealt with Sam in online sales and Mike in finance, both of whom could not have been more friendly and pleasant. I appreciate the fact that Sam didn't put the stereotypical 'used car salesman' hard sell on me. He was professional and worked to get me close to what I wanted on my trade-in. Mike was friendly, did a good job of presenting me options and wasn't overbearing on pushing unwanted add-ons to me. I am pleased with my experience and am more than happy to give both these men a definite 'thumbs up'. More
