When he did not know something, he got the answer and they were all correct. (I had several very specific requirements and wanted to be certain they were met) Once he knew that I was clear about what I wanted, Breen did not try to convince me to consider a similar vehicle on the lot. Rather, he said he would find what I wanted and he did, right down to every detail. When it came to price negotiation, Sonny Kareen was fair and easy to deal with, given references to KBB and other relevant pricing sources.
