It was already 8:30p when I decided to buy my Challanger, but everyone at the dealer was gracious and had no problem staying late until my purchase was processed even though they had to return to work at 7am in morning. Omar was friendly and didn't pressure either of us into a purchase. Bennett was great getting me through the tedious paperwork quickly and smoothly. And Bennett continued to help me after the sale was complete by getting me a better interest rate the next day dropping it 2.25%. Great dealer, I'll definitely consider them the next time I'm in the market for a new or used car or truck. More

I was immediately greeted by friendly employees who directed me to the salesperson I had spoken to earlier on the phone. The salesperson Breen Gaughan was courteous and very helpful to me. He answered all my questions with patience and genuine interest. He was knowledgeable about all the Jeep features and accessories available. I have to say I was impressed with Breen. He is passionate about his product and pleasing the customer. The negotiating went smooth with no "funny business" and I purchased my new Jeep for a very fair price. In addition, I received a very fair price on my trade too. I did all my homework prior to my visit and knew that I was getting a good deal. I arrived at the dealership late so when it was time to take delivery, the dealership was getting ready to close. But that didn't phase Breen. He delivered my vehicle freshly washed with floor mats installed. We did a thorough walk-around inspection and Breen set the clock on my radio and demonstrated the features of my new vehicle. He also showed me my owner's manual and both keys. I would most definitely buy another vehicle from Carl Burger. This is the 4th new vehicle I have purchased and this was the best I have ever been treated by a salesperson. Breen is a knowledgeable and dedicated employee who deserves a well-deserved pat on the back. More

great salesman I saw an ad on Auto Trader.com for a used Dodge truck. I had been looking to replace my 1999 Dodge pickup and had been to a few dealers. I had looked I saw an ad on Auto Trader.com for a used Dodge truck. I had been looking to replace my 1999 Dodge pickup and had been to a few dealers. I had looked at some former rental trucks at other dealers but had not found the exact vehicle I was looking for at the right price. When I got to Carl Burger Dodge, the salesman, Carlos Sanchez, showed me a 2013 dark gray 4 door Dodge pickup that was better than anything I had seen yet. The asking price was almost $2000.00 less than another truck I was looking at. Even though it was a former rental, he informed me that Chrysler had a warranty that would cover almost everything up to 100,000 miles. That made the deal look good but what really made me buy it was when they offered me $3300.00 for my trade. Other dealers only offered me $500.00. I was ready to make the deal right then, but I told them I needed my truck for two more days for work requirements. They told me I could take my trade-in home along with the new truck, and bring back the trade-in in a couple of days. I could not believe how accommodating they were. Carlos is a young, very professional, non-pushy salesperson, who I would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a new vehicle. Dealing with Carl Burger Dodge has been the best new car buying experience I have ever had, and I have bought many cars in the past forty years. More
