Sales Deception On Line Sales are deceptive. I tried to purchase a Jeep Wrangler, advertised at a competitive price. I live in Utah. I saw the vehicle advertised on A On Line Sales are deceptive. I tried to purchase a Jeep Wrangler, advertised at a competitive price. I live in Utah. I saw the vehicle advertised on Autotrader.com. I had good sales service from David Hall, but the finance manager Mike Kaziyev dropped the ball by not sending me an officially labeled sales order with the vehicle I.D. listing the options included on the vehicle. Mr. Kaziyev then told me they were also trying to sell the vehicle to a customer already on the floor and asked me to purchase extended warranty, security system already installed on the jeep. He told me he would call me back with details on making the deposit, so I could fly down and pick up the vehicle. I wasn't going to play a bidding war with an imaginary customer on the floor, and Mr. Kaziyev did not call me back with the details of the required deposit. I have to assume that they sold the vehicle for more money to the "customer" on the floor, or they never had the vehicle advertised. because they terminated the communications with me by phone and on-line. California also has goofy sales tax and registration procedures for out of state buyers that may have also confused Mr. Kaziyev. I was impressed with Carl Burger's dealership to a point, but failure to communicate with me and respond to my questions is just not professional enough to recommend this dealership. More

Best Experience Ever! I had a 2011 Dodge Challenger SE and had been taking it to this dealer for service the past 2 years. Whenever I waited for my car I always looked at t I had a 2011 Dodge Challenger SE and had been taking it to this dealer for service the past 2 years. Whenever I waited for my car I always looked at the newer/ upgraded Challengers. Originally I wanted the RT model but settled for the SE. Loved my car but couldn't wait to get my dream RT. Sam Potres at Carl Burgers Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/RAM world made my dream come true. He took me right over to look at and test drive an RT Classic. This car had all the upgrades I was looking for. I wasn't expecting to be able to do it today but he worked with his sales manager and came back with a price I was able to work with. So while my car was getting an oil change, I ended up buying a new 2014 RT Classic and trading my car in. Bennett Owen from Finance was amazing as well. He helped get me the best option for warranty coverage. I left this dealership almost in shock that I got my dream car for the right price and the coverage I needed. Working with Sean was great he answered all my questions keep me up to date on what was going on with the truck. he told me about how long it would take to get all the work done and was spot on even when i added another thing to get done. His clear communication and attention to detail was every thing i hoped for. I will be bringing my truck back to Sean for service from now on and warranty work again if anything comes up. Best "Car Buying" Experience! Coming from another dealership in the area, this experience was like night and day compared to the previous dealership I was looking at! I called ahead of time to make sure that the vehicle I wanted was available. They didn't have the exact match but the had something a little better & a tad more expensive. I arrived at the dealership to meet Joe who was so nice welcoming. I already knew that I wanted that car 100% so I was more interested in the numbers to see if it was even doable. he did show me the car and then took me inside to enter my information and sit me down with a finance guy. I have to mention these guys gave me about 2 to 3 thousand more than the first dealership offered me for my trade in value which was nice since the 1st place was trying to take my car from me for practically nothing. Because this model was a little more expensive than the one I initially wanted some negotiating was in order. I didn't lift a finger. They made it happen. They worked with the price of the car and the value of my trade in and I drove my Jeep home that night! My payments were a tad more than I was hoping for but I also ended up with a nicer car! I seriously could not have asked for a better experience! so enjoyable (thanks to Joe & John =)) And my new Jeep Wrangler is amazing! I will be back here for all my service! And might have just become a permanent customer of Carl Burger! I recommend to EVERYONE! Go See JOE! More
