We were told that the engine was blown out and needed a new one that would cost $8500! After discussing our pros and cons, we decided to look at new vehicles. We were introduced to Sonny Kareem who showed us new and used trucks. Sonny knew his product and was very informative. We ended up purchasing a used 2011 Dodge Ram Truck 1500. Sonny was very friendly from the very start to the very end and went out of his way to assist us in getting our truck. I needed practicality, better MPG, a lower monthly payment, fast service, and all of this with a recent credit issue I endured due to some hardships. Tony and Cameron met all of my standards and exceeded them. This has been my 4th brand new car purchase and it was by far the easiest. Cameron knew his vehicles. I cant say how many times I have talked to a sales person, and they are discovering the features at the same time I am. Cameron was telling me every feature as he enthusiastically showed it to me. He listened to what i needed and did not take me to a car he thought most men my age would buy. Excellent salesman and he sold a car to my wife years ago, and she remembered him. Tony is an amazing numbers guy. He mad my bad situation 10 times better. I was seriously going to go in and get my oil changed, and I was going to see if I could possibly qualify in a year or so to get a new car. He made it a reality and helped me lower my monthly payment. There was no four hour negotiation or banter back and forth on why I should be getting a certain type or why i'm paying for a "investment". He asked me about my career, didn't xxxxxxxx me about why i was there, and most of all he helped me. He worked with me. He has me in and out of his office with a great rate, and a quote, and locked in finances within an hour. He was professional and knew his food too. That is very important. Bennet was the final one. Finance always makes buying a car a less fun process. Instead he worked on my paperwork before i got there, tried to find a way to lower my payment, and get me great incentives. He wasn't trying ot oversell me and was honest about any mistake or mis-steps that were made. He even called us back the next day to tell us about how he needed us to come back and re sign the contract because he saved us a couple extra dollars off of our monthly payment. Overall, this was the pinnacle of my car buying career. I bought a car within 2 hours with 2 kids and my wife in the picture. It was seamless and easy. There were no gimmicks, and most of all, I was happy. Great job carl burgers, you now have a customer for life. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone that wants great service. He found me through the internet after I had inquired about trading in our Dodge RAM Van looking for a Chrysler Town & Country. The dealership was over 80 miles from our house, so we worked the deal over the phone and through pictures I provided him and he provided me of the car we were looking to buy. So I new that the drive to La Mesa from Temecula was going to be worth it, and it was!!! Not only were we treated wonderfully when we got there the process was easy and quick. No haggling he new what we were willing to pay/finance, and even beat that by $919.00 which was such a treat to even save more than expected once we walked through the door. Which for a car dealer is unheard of! I can't tell you how amazing this experience was - we will even drive back to La Mesa for service as they have won our loyalty! More

Best Experience We needed a vehicle to tow a fifth wheel trailer. We have owned Toyota vehicles for several decades now and really did not want to move from the Toyot We needed a vehicle to tow a fifth wheel trailer. We have owned Toyota vehicles for several decades now and really did not want to move from the Toyota brand. However, while the Tundra can pull the Space Shuttle it cannot tow most fifth wheel trailers. So, we have spent several years talking to other truck owners and doing research on the internet. We finally settled on Dodge Ram, now to find a dealer. Went to several dealerships in the are and came back to Carl Burger. Now only did they impress us with their style of doing business they had the best selection in the area. Most people do not like buying a new car because of the previous experiences and the knowledge that it is always a battle and you come away feeling violated, which really takes away from the new car pleasure. We had none of that. The Carl Burger family really makes you feel like you are a part of their family and we have already made a trip from San Diego to St. Louis in our new vehicle. We are not only very proud of our new truck but we know we belong to a family that will help us take care of our purchase and make it last for years to come. More
