My husband and I had such a thoroughly wonderful experience buying our new Jeep at Carl Burgers Dodge Chrysler Jeep Dealership that I felt compelled to write! I expected to be a "passive" member of the discussion, particularly as a woman, but thankfully, I found anything but that. You might have to give Eric Cermeno knighthood as his friendliness, professionalism, thorough knowledge, and last but not least PATIENCE with two senior citizens that kept him busy looking, comparing, and thinking, was AMAZING. My professional background has included providing customer service training and serving as a secret shopper....so, I do know a thing or two about excellent salesmanship and putting the customer first. Eric carefully answered our MANY questions, thoroughly explained, and re-explained so many details that are often hurried through at other dealerships. Because of that, my husband and I walked away very certain we had made the right decision, and received a great deal in purchasing our new Jeep. More importantly, as Eric kept telling us, we did feel a sense of joining the family at Carl Burgers and they would continue to support any follow-up service even another car purchase we made need. Having to purchase A new car can be a very stressful and time consuming event. Knowing that you have people that would work extremly hard for you is ideal in this situation. In previous experiences we had a difficult time with sales representatives making us feel rushed. Never did Sonny rush or make us feel like we had to settle for something else. He worked around the click to get us into the vehicle of our dreams. I have not been this happy about a car since I bought my very first one in 1985 to say the least. I will definitely use him for all and any future purchases. I want to thank all parties responsible for this fantastic new addition in to our lives. More

Great experience buying and servicing our new Jeep. Stay away from MidWay and go to Carl Burgers. I had to return to the dealer after purchasing my vehicle as their was a hole in the bumper. There was an accidental hole drilled when they went to install the front plate and Chris Levin and JR Guerra worked to ensure that i was taken care of, and that the work was done quickly and done well on our new car. 5 Star experience. We will be back when we want another Jeep! More

That is when Troy took over. Troy was just as great!!! I will definitely come back to purchase vehicles at this dealership and I will certainly recommend family and friends! I was not happy with my last vehicle, which was a dodge journey purchased through SD Toyota. The treatment I had received at that dealership was awful compared to Carl Burger! The salesmen are friendly, funny and have a great sense of humor! I also appreciate Chris in the finance department for all of his help and expertise. He was fast and very personable. I can't remember the name of the young lady in Sonny's office that called me stating that they wanted to buy my Journey but if you read this, know that I much appreciate that phone call. From the moment I stepped on the lot Sam and Gary were attentive to what we were looking for in spite of my own feeling that we were not absolutely sure. I had visited three other dealerships throughout the day and was not finding the combination of vehicle features and trade-in value that I was looking for. Throughout the sales process the entire Carl Burger team was extremely helpful in patiently exploring the stock of available inventory and narrowing our search until we found the perfect vehicle. Once we had decided on the right car, the sales process was completed with the highest level of integrity and fairness, from trade-in to new vehicle delivery. Wes Kachi in the finance department was able to answer additional in-depth questions about both the vehicle and the available financing options allowing us to make the most informed decision possible about details of the final vehicle purchase. I would highly recommend the Carl Burger team to anyone who places a premium on integrity in the vehicle purchase process and values the importance of top quality customer service by an informed, friendly and fair sales team. After searching the website for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT, I found the exact one at Carl Burger. I emailed them and Gibson called me to assure me that the vehicle was on their lot. I told him that I could come down on Thursday July 11th to have a look at it. He told me that he was off that day but referred me to Sonny who was the "SRT Cerfified" salesman that would take great care of me. I made the appointment because I was driving 2.5 hours away to meet with them. Upon my arrival for my appointment, I waited 10 minutes before anyone greeted me. Sonny was the first person to meet me and he said that he would be right with me. I found the vehicle on the lot and went out for a look. Once Sonny arrived, we chatted a bit about the vehicle and then went for a test drive. During the test drive, Sonny was reluctant to give too much information on the vehicle without being asked a question. Once the test drive was over, we came back to the showroom and began to talk numbers. He was very up front with me and asked me if I noticed that there was a $15,000.00 markup on the car. I was in complete shock. None of this was told to me over the phone. I would have never driven 2.5 hours if I had known this. Up until now, everything seemed okay. I asked Sonny if this was standard and he said that the other dealers do the same. While sitting there, I texted my partner to find out if this information was correct. I also emailed several other dealers in the area and ALL came back with the answer of NO WE DO NOT MARK UP THIS VEHICLE!. I told Sonny that I would not pay 1 cent over MSRP and that the deal was off. He excused himself and returned to say that he would forget the 15K and asked if I would be okay with paying 3K. His math was off and AGAIN I told him that I would not pay this. We finally got the 15K removed from the price and now it was time to get the trade in value for my Ford Explorer. From Carl Burger's website, I had printed an advertisement stating that they would pay up to 125% of KBB for your trade in. Sonny then tried to insult my intelligence by telling me that these prices were what he would pay for the vehicle if he was buying it as a used car. REALLY! then why would you have it on your website. He stated that KBB just put that on there and they don't really use this. After haggling with the trade in, I was ready to purchase the Jeep. At this point, I should have left the dealer but I really liked the Jeep and wanted that exact one. Once we agreed on a price, Sonny told me that he was just waiting for Bennett to do the paperwork. Sonny said that he would take the vehicle and get it cleaned up and filled with gas. Once I was done with Bennett, who by the way was very nice, it was time to head out. Sonny met me in front of the dealership with the vehicle and started to show me a little bit about the screen which has all of the functions of the car. He synched my phone and then asked if I had any other questions. It would seem to me that an "expert" with the SRT should give you a complete overview of the Jeep after you have just paid 70K. All he asked was if I had any other questions. At this point I was totally upset and ready to leave. We shook hands and off I went. I stopped by the service department to purchase slush mats for the Jeep. After asking one of your female service writers where the parts department was, she told me that I could only park where I was for a few minutes and for me not to be very long. Totally unfriendly. Upon leaving the dealership, I noticed that the outside of the Jeep was still dirty and that the car was only half full of gas. Instead of having to deal with any of this grief, I just headed home. Although I love my vehicle, I would NEVER< NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone. They are shady and not trustworthy More
Overall good purchasing experience with Sam and Tommy. Polite, professional and straight to the point. Finance was amazing working with Bennett. I was in the service bay as a customer looking over cosmetic changes they were doing to my recently purchased 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. He asked me to get out of the bays because I had flip flops on and his boss wouldn't like that. (i get it insurance etc.) One of the techs called me back in to look at the fender and top replacement on my jeep and sean came storming in like a pissed off little girl. Completely rude stared me down and stormed off. Apparently this man did not get picked first in gym class. I was disappointed as the rest of my experience was great. More
