Made an appointment a month in advance. When I arrived I was told that my car would be ready in 4 -5 hours. Then the service supervisor said that I would need to leave my car overnight ( I wasn’t told this was told that my car would be ready in 4 -5 hours. Then the service supervisor said that I would need to leave my car overnight ( I wasn’t told this in advance). I had traveled 50 miles to arrive at dealership. I felt that was very unprofessional and poor customer service. Also I was told that the service would cost in the $400-480 price range. When the service was completed I was presented with a bill that was over $950 dollars. There was a charge for $29 dollars, when I asked for the explanation of that charge I was told it was for rags that was used to perform the service on my car!!! I truly feel that I was taken advantage of…. Not a pleasant experience at ALL!!! More

Under 45 minutes and I was on the road driving my new car home. So glad to have this great experience after shopping all the southern Mercedes dealerships for the last 3 weeks.
