This was my first experience buying my own car and I did not know what to expect. We stopped by the dealership just to browse for a preowned ML350. After walking around the lot for a few minutes Pablo walke not know what to expect. We stopped by the dealership just to browse for a preowned ML350. After walking around the lot for a few minutes Pablo walked out of the building with his huge smile and great attitude. He was extremely friendly and not at all pushy. They had exactly the car I wanted there (year, model, color etc). We bought the car two days later and through all of the paperwork the Carlton team was kind and professional. Today I had to stop by the service center for a minor issue and Pablo was happy to help again. He showed me where the service center was and introduced me to the service team. I only had to wait less than 10 minutes for my question to be answered. The customer lounge in this area is great. Plenty of seating, snacks, coffee, and above all really really clean. This dealership is truly founded on customer service no matter if you are just browsing, buying, or having service. I highly recommend Pablo if you are even thinking about buying a Mercedes in the Upstate. More

After a long time spent looking and dealing with local car dealers I ran across a dealership in another state that had just what I was looking for. I called and spoke to salesman Ric Canova. He went far beyond what I expected in a salesman in that he was very professional and explained all about the car and gave me a very fair price. He made what could have been a very uncomfortable process into an easy transaction. When I went to pick up the car, eventhough the car was used I was made to feel like I was very special in that I was given a rose and other gifts. The real treat was getting to meet the owner Mr. Carlton who is 94 years old and still comes to the office every day. Even after my transaction Mr. Canova has kept in touch to let me know that they are always there to help if I have any questions concerning my car and to keep me updated on any specials they may be having. Since i am from another state it would have been easy for them to just have forgotten about me but they continue in making this a very pleasent buying experience. Was looking on the internet for a used GLK350 with some fairly specific features. He then took excellent care of me throughout the purchase process taking time to show me all the car's features and to introduce me to their service department. So, in total, this was one of the most pleasant and least stressful automobile purchases I've made in the fifty years I've been driving. More

It took 10 minutes to sign the paperwork and then Sean reviewed the features of the car and I was in and out of the dealership in an hour.
