Someone on our Management Team will reach out to you today. We apologize for your experience and would like to understand more details to see how we may better serve you. Without going into great details your vehicle was financed which require documentation and there is a validation process on any documentation submitted. We can only submit what we are given from our customers to our lenders. We also work very hard to register our customer's vehicles in a timely manner. However, we cannot control state Tag Offices. We provided written proof that we sent off registration documents on time and was received by your State DMV. They may be backlogged due to Tax Season which is a very busy time of year for them. We have called the tag office as well to see if there was anything we could do. If you could provide us a contact at that office that can tell us how we can help expedite the process we would be happy to do so. Like I already stated: I tried talking to both the owner and the GM but could never get through and my messages were left unanswered. Thus this less than stellar review. If you would have bothered to return my calls in a timely manager you could have probably avoided this public post. I already had to spend more than $400 on repairs on your 'per-certified' car which were conveniently not covered under the extended warranty .
