Beware of proper oil being used, as manual for Ram 1500 calls for 5w-20. They used 5w-30......at least twice in 11,000 miles. Leaves me curious as to the credentialing of service department staff. I bought it because I liked the truck, but it was only a "fair" price. There are also concerns by my current PA Dodge dealer as to whether or not a recall was handled properly since the horn does not work most of the times it is pressed. The questionable recall servicing was completed by Carman. Also, it took me 5 minutes to write a $22,000 check, 1 day for it to clear and about a month for me to get the title sent to me in Pennsylvania. This, in my opinion, calls to question the financial stability of an organization. More
