Very poor service response I took my 2012 Fiat in to have the skid plate repaired. It is obvious that the damage to the skid plate occurred during an oil change or other servic I took my 2012 Fiat in to have the skid plate repaired. It is obvious that the damage to the skid plate occurred during an oil change or other service at this dealership as the car has never been serviced anywhere else in nearly four years. I was informed of this damage at Valvoline where I took the car for a routine oil change in that I could not wait the nearly two weeks for an appointment at Carman. Carman refuses to own up to this damage and would charge me $200 for the repair. I will now have to seek Fiat service elsewhere. I cannot remotely recommend Carman service for even the most minor service. More

Called me, then made fun of me when I went in Guy called me while I was at work this morning wanting to set me up an appointment to come in and finance a truck. After work I go in and meet with M Guy called me while I was at work this morning wanting to set me up an appointment to come in and finance a truck. After work I go in and meet with Mr. Brooks, nice guy and he asked a few questions. I gave him all the correct answers and even told him that my credit was shot. He continues to take in my info and then tells me that he's gonna talk to the finance manager. While sitting and waiting I over hear the 2 guys talking and the manager says to brooks that no way are they gonna help me, laughs and says that my credit is xxxx. This is right out in the main lobby. Then tells him that they wouldn't even give more then 500 dollars for my truck as a trade in. Brooks returns with the excuse that they have nothing that fits what I want and if something comes in he will contact me. Well guess what, I'm no longer interested in buying anything from them. I have worked customer service and that's no way to talk about someone or their way of life, after all you folks was the one that called me remember. On one last note, to the guy that wants to talk about my credit, I could easily make 800 to 1000 dollar a month payments. Credit may not be good but where I come from money talks but you didn't give me half a chance. Best of luck to the dealership, I think you need a few more people just like him driving your business.
