I've purchased 4 vehicles from Carman - three for my business and one for personal use. Having a relationship with a dealer and salesman is valuable to me, and Carman, Bob Weiss, and Dave Steller have shown me that the relationship is valuable to them as well. Always the best deal We have purchased many new cars, and have always looked at other dealers before we end up back at Carman talking to Dave Stellar and Bob Weiss. There is no pressure and no real sales pitch other than what they always tell me - We will get it where you need to be if at all possible. Dave is honest and won't push you to buy a car just so he has another sale. There are many times we have gone in to talk to him about what we wanted, and never got the annoying calls afterward pushing us to come buy it. And Bob - the sales manager - is not like others. I have been in dealerships where they take your keys to assess your trade and won't give them back. This is a true no pressure dealership that gives you the best deal they can just to get you in the car you want. More

Rescheduled simple oil change before holidays I work in customer service and deal with issues and complaints often so when my wife schedules an apt I figure business as usual. Right before Christm I work in customer service and deal with issues and complaints often so when my wife schedules an apt I figure business as usual. Right before Christmas we receive a voicemail stating we can not complete your oil change because we do not have enough techs. This is not the way you deal with customers and a shortage of staffing is not the scheduled customers problem. Offer overtime ask for extra help who knows maybe do not schedule so many appointments if you do not want business. Simple process your mistake your resolution offer compensation or something for the customer. Poorly run service department More

WORSE DEAL I EVER MADE!!!! This is the WORSE Deal I ever made!! Justin Goertz lied said my 1st oil change would be free!! It was not.. This is the 2nd time my jeep has been in f This is the WORSE Deal I ever made!! Justin Goertz lied said my 1st oil change would be free!! It was not.. This is the 2nd time my jeep has been in for service. UUUH is all I can. They hung up on me in service and are very rude.. When I went to pay for my oil change with a $100.00 bill the receptionist got an attitude. Let me just to say when I got my car back.. The Oil light was still on after they said they changed the oil.. Hmmm did they even do he work??? I was made to purchase many extra warranty's from Justin Goertz that are useless. I tried to use one already and that was a hassle. More
