He did not attempt to up sell us but respected our stated budgets and had one obvious goal...to gain a loyal, confident, repeat customer. In fact his goal was met. 5 days later we returned and purchased a 2nd Jeep for our daughter. Again, we worked with George. Financing.....John is awesome. He knows the products and loans available. He took a fatherly role with our daughter and explained everything to her and then helped to explain the importance of building good credit to her. Not quite so sure we would have had the same experience elsewhere. The GM Bob knows his staff well, personal kept his finger on the pulse of both transactions and worked well with us both days.
