First Fiat My husband and I purchased a fiat 500l a little over a year ago and Tom and Shayn made the purchase a breeze and worked with us through every detail. My husband and I purchased a fiat 500l a little over a year ago and Tom and Shayn made the purchase a breeze and worked with us through every detail. Last week I was in a major car accident that totalled my fiat. I will never own any other vehicle besides a fiat as I was told by the paramedics on scene it was one of the safest vehicles they have every seen. My fiat saved my life. Today my husband and I went to look at the 500x just to check it out and Tom remembered both of us and promised a smoothe transition into a new vehicle when we are ready. We are both overwhelmed and amazed by the outstanding customer service we have received. More

Michael Brooks sold me my dream truck, he is wonderful to deal with. The buying process went very smooth and was not pressured. Mike is a pleasure to work with! Now you can also tell a lot about a sales rep and a dealership on how they handle a problem. When I came home with my new truck I noticed a problem that needed addressing. So I contacted Mike, and not only did he resolved the problem, he did much more then I expected to correct it. Great customer service didn't stop after I purchased my truck it got better! Mike and the whole Carmen team, I would highly recommend for anyone's future truck or car purchase. More
