Mostly Positive I purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sport soft top from Carman. I have purchased quite a few cars, new and used, over the years from various dealers thro I purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sport soft top from Carman. I have purchased quite a few cars, new and used, over the years from various dealers throughout New Castle county. This is the first time my purchased vehicle did not come with a full tank of gas. the instructions for removing the soft top was not very clear in some parts. Had to go on line and watch a video. It would have been helpful if someone at the dealership would have demonstrated it to us. But all said and done, it was a positive experience. More

Very friendly dealership, purchased a truck from them about four years ago and they remembered us. There was a mix up and I didn't get my first choice it was sold but they located a year newer, less miles, same color and I must say I do believe I like it better than the first car...they also provided me a loaner until my car arrived which was greatly appreciated!! I am very pleased with my purchase and thankful for all those involved that made it happen!! We will continue to purchase our future vehicles from Carmen Dodge!! More
