I sent Ryan the exact 2015 Cherokee that I had to have to match my husbands and he not only got it but the entire team at Carmen made sure the I got the best deal! Maintaining my payment however allowing for all the upgrades I wanted. I will recommend Carmen to all I know. More

Over priced !!!!!!!! I took my 2013 Ram 3500 to get oil, oil filter and fuel filters changed. I was not happy with the price they charged me $194.93 in labor to change bo I took my 2013 Ram 3500 to get oil, oil filter and fuel filters changed. I was not happy with the price they charged me $194.93 in labor to change both fuel filters plus cost of filters and oil change for a grand total of $504.72. It cost me less to get a preventative matienance oil change and filters on my Peterbilt C15 Cat. They did a poor job with cleaning up,oil dripped all over under carriage and no floor mats or seat covers. I received the same service at different dealer it was $162.19 cheaper. More

Additionally the waiting area needs an upgrade. Seats were very uncomfortable. The water from the cooler had a chemical taste to it. And the climate control is less than ideal. Maybe I am spoiled but the Price dealership (New Castle) is a very hard act to follow. More
