Thank you Mr. Goertz and Mr. Mayberry, I couldn't be happier I absolutely had a wonderful experience. After going to other dealerships and trying to get a newer vehicle. None of them told me what was going on with my credit history. Or that why I was having problems with my credit. They helped me out a great deal and explain what is going on very easily. Justin Goertz worked to get me into a newer vehicle with very little pain and worry. He even called my insurance company so they would send me a new card for my new purchase. John Mayberry had worked out a fabulous deal with the banks to get me a great loan with very easy to cover monthly payments. I can honestly say I am very happy with my experience at Carman. I will with out a doubt recommend Carman to anyone looking to get a newer vehicle. I was without a doubt very happy with the results and experience I had at Carman and will be returning to get an even newer vehicle in the near future. Once I have made my credit score better with the help of the suggestions from Carman. More

Bad Oil Change I got a coupon in the mail a couple weeks ago to get an oil change for $29.95, so I took them up on it and went it today. I had an appointment set fo I got a coupon in the mail a couple weeks ago to get an oil change for $29.95, so I took them up on it and went it today. I had an appointment set for 8:30am. When pulling into the lot, I noticed a large sign that said "Free tire rotation with any paid service". I arrived at the counter at precisely 8:30am and handed over the coupon. The guy at the counter asked if I wanted a tire rotation also. I said sure, the sign out front says it's free. He told me that is not the case when using a coupon, so I promptly declined the extra service. I then sat and waited for the next 75 minutes for my oil change to be completed. Once done, I went to pay and was given a bill for $30.73. This is Delaware, where there is no sales tax. I asked why I was being charged more than what the coupon said. I was given an explanation that amounted to hidden charges..."possibly an extra quart of oil, or oil disposal fee, yada, yada, yada...". I was then told that "everyone does this." Some people may ask why I would get upset over $0.79. I mean, it's not even $1, so why put up a fuss? Well, why does a company, who makes millions each year, have to charge an extra $0.79? I don't make millions each year, so that $0.79 is worth more to me. On top of that, it's principle. They have a large sign giving away free tire rotation (but not if you use a coupon)? And they somehow cannot afford to dispose of the oil they remove from my vehicle without charging me an extra $0.79? I'll find another place to do my oil change. A place that doesn't have hidden charges. If you want to charge me $30.73 for an oil change, put that price on the coupon. It's that simple. EDIT: After communications with the service dept, I was offered compensation to my satisfaction. I will give them another chance and hope all goes well in the future. More

Salesman Josh Lukens knew his product like few other salesmen, and Tom Windett, Fiat Studio Manager, made the purchase happen by really trying to fit the loan to our budget. The dealership and the cars are spotless. I also felt no one was trying to sell me anything I didn't need. This is the second Fiat I have bought at Carman Fiat. More
