I went for a test drive with Paul, which was very calm and relaxing, all while Paul showed me every feature of the car I was interested in. I told Paul I wasn't looking to buy that day, and he was alright with that, there was never any pressure to get me into a car that moment, as I wasn't ready and I really enjoyed that. When I came back a week later Paul remembered a lot about me, made sure I understood every feature the car had and was very nice to work with.
