I was in the market looking for a mid size SUV and had finally settled on the 2014 Jeep Cherokee. It was a pleasant experience overall. I visited this dealer twice before making a decision. Brandon Hefner took me for a drive the first time and patiently explained to me about the vehicle and options. My second visit was with Bennett Merritt where I finally made the sale. Bennett was very patient, friendly and even called the Uconnect team to check on some questions I had.Bob Weiss gave me a good price on the vehicle, and even helped me out with a good rate on my APR. The sales process was quick, with all the paperwork being taken care of by the dealership. After a couple of days I had an issue with the A/C system, which had an improper charge from the factory. Chris was extremely courteous, helpful and solved the issue within a couple of hours. Ask for Paul Lukens Paul was excellent. I have been window shopping online for a Dodge Durango R/T for about 6 months. When I went in, Paul came to me. We talked about Paul was excellent. I have been window shopping online for a Dodge Durango R/T for about 6 months. When I went in, Paul came to me. We talked about the Durango and went to look at one on the lot. On the way, we passed a very nice looking Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. I test drove both and Paul explained some of the differences between the two. Paul also showed me several features with both vehicles and how to use them (things I didn't even ask about but was glad to see). My wife and I are very sarcastic and gave Paul a bit of a hard time throughout the whole experience, but he took it in stride and we had an entertaining time, even during the long wait to complete the process. I bought the Jeep and I love it. More

Brandon was a very attentive and persistent salesman who took us on an excellent test drive and answered most of our questions. Once we finally committed to ordering a new Jeep, the customer service was terrible. They called us in multiple times to sign paper work and go over terms and conditions, but did not know any details about where the vehicle was or when it would be shipped to the dealership. We were rudely ushered out after having been called in under the guise that the vehicle was there, but it never showed up and when it was "quitting time" for Brandon he left. After speaking with Jeep's Corporate Office we were able to get more information and clarity about when our vehicle would be shipped, but the dealership was clueless the entire time. We ended up telling them information about our vehicle because they did not know and were not helpful. While the sales part of the process was great, we would never recommend anyone buy a vehicle from Carman Auto Group because once they had our deposit, they stopped caring about us and stopped providing customer service. We even got a call from a sales manager after we'd had our new vehicle for a few days saying if we were so unhappy with their service that they would rather we give it back and take our business elsewhere. Of course they knew, when they said that, that we would have to wait for the 2015 model year Jeeps to come out which would be 3-6 months. More
