Carman Chrysler Jeep Dodge

Last spring I moved further south, as a fan of Dodge I searched for the closed dealership to me. Unfortunately it was 40 minutes out of the way and happened to be CARMAN DODGE. The initial visit was pleas searched for the closed dealership to me. Unfortunately it was 40 minutes out of the way and happened to be CARMAN DODGE. The initial visit was pleasant and went well, I purchased a vehicle outright and informed the dealer that I would be back in a couple of days to purchase again. The second visit went ok, it took much longer then expected and I ended up purchasing a "certified used car". That was a joke!!! Since this purchase I have been to the sevice department for transmission issues 3 times and today I will be needing it to get fixed again!!!! When I went to the Sales Manager the third time to inform him of the issue he did nothing to correct the issue, no rental, no refund, nothing. All he did was say sorry there was nothing he could do for me. After I called the corporate office, they informed me that when issues like this arise they picked up the cost minus minor charges ( i paid $50 ). So why couldn't the Sales Manager reach out to a member of his corporate team for a valued customer???? Because he didn't value the customer and didn't wan't to spend the time to show he cared. My last visits did nothing to affect his bonus so I didn't matter. BE CAUTIOUS OF USED VEHICLES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! CERTIFIED IS JUST A BANNER TO HELP SELL THE PRODUCT. More

I had a great experience dealing with the sales people at Carman. On the way to work I noticed a 2013 Silverado that cought my and I had to make the call. Sales staff was great. Went in on a friday night was impressed with the vehicle but not sure about the price. Shopped around all weekend test drove several saturn vues and i have to say they made me com impressed with the vehicle but not sure about the price. Their vehicle was the same price as others dealers older models and when it came to appearance and quality of vehicle theirs was way above of the competition way above. I called Al and asked if he still had it available monday night and told him I was on my way up he had everything ready to go I was in and out thanks to him getting it set up after work and dealerships all weekend I was ready to be done with it all. All the staff was friendly and never pressured to sell me with the usual talk of well you don't know if its gonna be here later, they just let me leave and pray all day monday it didn't sell. Will definitely be back. More
