I purchased a pre owned Focus. The salesman Adam was very easy and friendly to deal with. Internet price was honored. We finalized the deal at the end of the night (9:00 pm) and a calculation error was made easy and friendly to deal with. Internet price was honored. They made me wait an etxra over 2 weeks to fix my car. It had minimum damaged, It sat in the shop for 4 days befor they even looked at it. I had to call and ask befor they looked at it.
