At Carmen Ford Lincoln I've had my Windstar serviced there for 11years now and have recieved great service. But this last time my Windstar was on a recall and when i brought it in i was told they didn't there for 11years now and have recieved great service. But this last time my Windstar was on a recall and when i brought it in i was told they didn't know at that time how long they would have it for, it could be many months. So Ron Cully the service advisor which was the one i dealt with for the 11 years i brought my vehicle in to heard about my problem i'm going to have without my van which was i needed for my wife who is disabled and it made it easier to have my van then the car i had to help both of us get around and also i had family members coming to visit and i needed a multi passenger vehicle to pick them up and there luggage not to mention when ever we went some where we all could travel in the van. So Ron Culley took it upon himself to dig deeper into helping me get my van back soon as possible which he did, He to me and my wife went that extra step to assist us in our troubled time Which we can't thank him enough for helping us out.
