If I visit this Service Dept four times a year, it's guaranteed that I'll have a problem during at least two of those visits. In May 2012, they kept my car for ONE WEEK for a repair. We tried to drop off the car today (Sat., 2/16/2013) for a repair, and they said they were booked until Tuesday. My car's shaking and making odd noises when I drive over 50 mph, but I guess I'll have to hope nothing major fails over the next four days. This is probably the worse Service Dept I've ever used in my life. More

Chris met me in the bay as soon as I parked my car. He treated me like family. He also took care of my husbands truck all in the same visit. They made me wait an etxra over 2 weeks to fix my car. It had minimum damaged, It sat in the shop for 4 days befor they even looked at it. I had to call and ask befor they looked at it. My 2008 Ford Escape had damaged front bumper as a result of someone backing into it in the driveway. It looked pretty bad when I brought it in; however, once the Carmen Auto Body guys finished with it, the of someone backing into it in the driveway.
