I accidentally made an appointment at the wrong Subaru. Didn't matter. Everyone was really nice and still got my car taken care of in an hour and a half. I accidentally gave him the wrong info about the service my car needed so he sent me to the regular maintenance line. Turns out I only needed an express visit. The gal at the desk (she had long red hair) was nice enough to walk me over to the express line and even took my car over to the correct place for me. The gentleman who sent me to the wrong place even checked back in to make sure everything was ok since he saw me going to the other desk. It was my fault I was in the wrong line, not his, but he was still nice about it. More
