Mostly fine. I appreciated the quickness Luis had in scheduling me, but when it ended up not being the issue he thought it was and called to tell me that I needed I appreciated the quickness Luis had in scheduling me, but when it ended up not being the issue he thought it was and called to tell me that I needed a tire patch and not sensors replaced, I was confused. And then when I asked him to cover the cost since he was incorrect on the initial diagnosis, he hung up on me. So my feelings were hurt. I understand it's not a huge deal to him or the dealership, but to me being without a car for 2 days waiting on parts that I didn't actually need... it was unfortunate. All of my interactions with him have always been lovely, so I figure he just was having a bad day and I still plan to be a Carr customer because I really do think he is wonderful. But I was sad he was curt and borderline rude on the phone with me. More
