Nick Hallmark was professional!! He provided all the information about the car for us to make the right decision which was crucial since we were coming from DC to OK. BUYER BEWARE:I purchased a used 2018 F-150 Raptor for BUYER BEWARE: I purchased a used 2018 F-150 Raptor for my wife from this dealership at the end of May. The vehicle was delivered to me out of state BUYER BEWARE: I purchased a used 2018 F-150 Raptor for my wife from this dealership at the end of May. The vehicle was delivered to me out of state and after a couple days of driving the vehicle we noticed a popping noise when we turned the wheel. I took it to a local Ford dealership and had them see what was making the noise. The service department told me the vehicle had been ramped and there were multiple parts that needed to be replaced. I attempted to reach out to the dealership and they were helpful at first and asked me to get a repair order and videos of the noise. The bill came back at just under $5,000 and they quit replying. I have given them a month before posting this review. If you purchase a used vehicle from these folks understand that you will 100% be on your own. They won’t answer your call. They won’t answer your email. You will be left to repair items they did not repair in the name of profit. They knew the vehicle was for my wife and they put her in danger. More
