She reached out the following day to ask about any questions I might have. My follow up visit with the Encore Delivery Specialist, Alex, was incredibly helpful regarding the technology in my new car. Both Madeline and Alex have made my experience at this dealership beyond 5 stars. This is my second Subaru Outback purchased at this dealership, and for 16 years I have always taken it to their service department for service. The staff in service have always been friendly and taken the time to explain what needed to be done. More

I intended to only test drive one of the cars I had been researching for some weeks. Salesman quickly arranged to drive the model I was looking. All good. Salesman spent a half hour going through basic functions of the car and settings and called a week later to check on my experience with the car. More

Carter Subaru in Shoreline was fantastic, but when they sent me to their Carter Acura for installation of the parts, Iit was horrible. I was promised a loaner vehicle, but while making the appointment, th sent me to their Carter Acura for installation of the parts, Iit was horrible. I was promised a loaner vehicle, but while making the appointment, they told me it would only be 1.5 hours so they will not give me a loaner. Arrive for my appt, waited 3 hours before they were finished. Go to inspect and there was a ding they made on the rear corner panel and some paint scratches. They told me this is not how they do business and would take care of this for me. Another 45 minutes and they fixed the ding as best as they could and provided me with some touch up paint. They even said in good faith that they would fix another dent I had (which you can still see 1/4 of it) Unfortunately, there is still a trace of the ding they created. So, this pretty much wasted 1/2 of my day sitting there at the dealership. Something that should have taken 1.5 hours took 1/2 the day. They should have honored the loaner car agreement request made my Carter Shoreline so I could have gone to work instead of sitting there waiting and trying to do work from my phone. Very disappointing service, no matter how nice they talked to me. More
