I took my Subaru into the Carter Subaru service center for repair. Carter Subaru made a mistake in their initial diagnoses but they owned it and made it right. We were in the market for a pre-owned Certified Subaru Forester Touring. It is Bronze with Saddle Brown interior. The salesman, Steve was very helpful, knowledgeable, kind. We were in and out in less than an hour. Steve explained in detail all the amenities and how to use the tough screen to navigate through the Forester's infotainment system. We had been looking for over 3 months for just the right Subie for the right price. Carter Subaru was like a Star among the other Subaru dealerships that we tried working with for the perfect Forester for us. It was definitely worth the 3-hour drive from our home in North Central WA state to Shoreline. Carter Subaru now has a lifetime customer with us. It's worth the drive to be heard, understood and listened to as a customer and our needs and a Great price for our vehicle. My wife drives a LOT more than I do in her Outback, so when it wears out, we will definitely buy from Carter Subaru in Shoreline again. Poor service. We just bought a brand new car two months Poor service. We just bought a brand new car two months ago and noticed the rear wiper was missing after going through a touch free car wash. The service person said we would have to get reimbursed by car wash for the wiper blade after paying for it up front. We made a service appointment to fix the wiper. On the day of the appointment my husband sat for an hour and a half to be told they don’t have the part. Total waste of our time. Absolutely ridiculous that they didn’t have the part yet scheduled the service. Also unacceptable that we should have to pay for it on a car that is a couple of months old. More
