Two months and a week after my purchase, Carvana does not have the title of my car and has not started the registration process for it. I've read reviews on BBB, where customers complain that they do not ha have the title of my car and has not started the registration process for it. I've read reviews on BBB, where customers complain that they do not have their titles 6 months after purchase! I have been on the phone with Carvana pretty much every day for the past two weeks, their customer service reps keep bombarding me with lies and excuses, when I request a call back from a manager/supervisor, no one calls back within the promised timeframe. Truly horrible experience with that company. Do not do business with them, and if you do MAKE SURE TO OPT OUT OF THEIR ARBITRATION AGREEMENT. They know they suck and are using your excitement on the day of your vehicle purchase to get you into an agreement which. pretty much says you can't sue them and any dispute needs to be resolved through arbitration. You have 30 days from the day you sign your purchase agreement with them to opt out of it. I did not unfortunately, and now they do not seem to care about delivering on their part of the deal. More

My experience purchasing a car from Carvana was great from Beginning to end. I chose a car from the comfort of my own home. One week later my car was delivered and Already registered. The Customer serv from Beginning to end. I chose a car from the comfort of my own home. One week later my car was delivered and Already registered. The Customer service was responsive, courteous, and very helpful. The only drawbacks were the hold time was more than 30 minutes sometimes. This was the best experience purchasing a car I ever had! when my car was delivered, Carvana left a gift basket filled with goodies because the car delivery date was changed. My next purchase will be from Carvana. More

Carvana is the worst way to go, they damaged the car in transit, then their warranty company tried not to pay for it all, then the warranty company says they will pay up to $400 for a rental, instead they transit, then their warranty company tried not to pay for it all, then the warranty company says they will pay up to $400 for a rental, instead they say they are only paying $160 for the rental. Don’t buy from them, they don’t know how to transport a car with care. They are a mistake so don’t buy from them, and they don’t care about their customers. More

Seamless car buying experience! The employee that delivered it was courteous, polite,, and professional. She was running behind and communicated proactively.
