My experience was quick and fast. No hassle or long hours . My only thoughts are, I wish there were options for better interest rates. Other than that it was great. I couple of hiccups but overall an awesome experience. I had planned to pay for the low production (and potentially collectable) used car I wanted in cash instead of financing. I was staying up until Midn I had planned to pay for the low production (and potentially collectable) used car I wanted in cash instead of financing. I was staying up until Midnight each day waiting for the funds to get transferred to my bank account. Thus I started the purchase process in the middle of the night in order to secure the car I picked out as soon as possible. The 1st step of the purchase process was to upload a photo of my driver's license. I tried many times with my smart phone, but it just did not have a high enough resolution for the computer to accept the photo. So I had to break out my old digital camera and set it on the highest resolution in order to get the photo upload process to work. The next step that got held up was the electronic verification of the funds in my bank account. Carvana's system would just not recognize the funding even though I could see the funds there online. I figured it might be because it was the middle of the night, so I decided to wait until morning. The problem was that I work part time each morning and the system gave me a deadline of 10 am before it was going to release my car back for sale. The next morning the purchase system was still not seeing my funds so I called Carvana directly after they opened. The customer service tech was able to verify my funds right there on the phone and secure the car for me. That was truly awesome and I really appreciate that effort. The rest of the sale process after that went very smoothly. Lastly, the delivery driver (Sergio) asked if he could physically drive the car to my house instead of loading it on the flatbed. This model of car has a very low front air dam and it would have been impossible to load the car on the truck without scraping the bottom of the air dam on the ground. That is my books is really going the extra mile for customer service. I say my overall experience was truly awesome. More

Easiest car sale transaction I’ve ever completed! Carvana offered me $2,200 more for my car than CarMax ($10,209 vs. $8,000). I provided my VIN and they made the offer. I scanned and emailed them my Carvana offered me $2,200 more for my car than CarMax ($10,209 vs. $8,000). I provided my VIN and they made the offer. I scanned and emailed them my title and drivers license. Two days later a Carvana employee came to my house, took a few pictures, and drove it around the block. I signed 3 documents, he gave me a check for $10,209, then he drove away in the car. It took less than 30 minutes.
